The Town of Essex is seeking proposals from qualified proponents (each, a “Proponent”) to purchase and develop the former Harrow District High School property located at 45 Wellington Street, Harrow, Ontario, N0R 1G0 (the “Property”) as per Appendix J. The building was originally constructed as a secondary school and was used as such until 2016.
